2 March 2011
Mobil Oil New Zealand Limited is donating $200,000 to the New Zealand Red Cross 2011 Earthquake Appeal.
"We applaud the people of Christchurch for their spirit and determination to recover and rebuild from this terrible event," said Charles Ewart, Mobil Oil New Zealand Managing Director.
"The Red Cross is doing tremendous work to aid the recovery effort. We appreciate the assistance that their staff and volunteers are providing to communities in Christchurch."
The current Appeal funds will be used to support the New Zealand Red Cross response to the disaster and those affected.
